One of the largest private aviation companies is offering a limited edition 10-hour jet card for $44,000.

The card provides access to the Flight Options fleet of Hawker 400XP light jets on 342 days of the year. The blackout dates all fall during the winter holiday season (Jan, Feb, Nov & Dec), which is typically the most demanding time of year for the Flight Options fleet.

"Flight Options are saying that this is "the ideal solution to your holiday shopping list with no long-term commitment or broker fees."

The $44,000 excludes fuel surcharges and Federal Excise Taxes.

Like most other private aviation companies, Flight Options normally offers 25-hour cards. So this is a way to try out their fleet and service levels.

Sentient Jet is seeing an increase in sales this holiday season, including brisk sales of a promotional 20-Hour Holiday Jet Card. The 20-Hour Holiday Jet Card will only be available through 2013 and comes with all the same features and benefits of the Sentient 25-Hour Jet Card, including access to Light, Mid, Super-Mid and Heavy aircraft and a one-year lock on both hourly rates and fuel surcharges.

This holiday season, Magellan Jets is offering a variety of holiday gifts to turn everyone into a jetsetter. Give the gift of time with a 10 hour Hawker 400 XP for $43,500, a Limited Edition 10 Hour G550 Card for $175,000 or stocking-stuffer gift cards, valued at $10,000, for only $7,770.

Sales at Sentient have reached levels not seen since before the peak of the financial crisis in 2008. With this increase in travel and client demand, Sentient has expanded its jet card offering by adding a 25-Hour Super-Mid Jet Card and a 25-Hour Heavy Jet Card.

Fractional and jet card provider Flexjet just announced semi-annual sales results. When comparing January to June 2013 to that of the same period in 2012 the company saw new jet card sales grew a solid 68 percent.

Flexjet, one of the world’s largest private aviation providers, reported overall new business growth of 83 percent when comparing Q1 2013 versus Q1 2012. This included 48% growth in jet card sales.
