The Boston-based private aviation solution provider has launched a membership program, created specifically for corporate travelers.
The program has several features which are in demand from corporate executives. Magellan launched this after seeing a surge in business travel among its customers. The company’s revenues grew by nearly 120% over the past two years, with much of its growth due to the increase in corporate business.
The program offers an array of corporate friendly aircraft, with access to light cabin up through ultra-long range jets and the ability to use multiple aircraft on the same day. Magellan says that a "Corporate Membership" is ideal for organizations who have owned, or do own a private jet, or don't want the restrictions of fractional ownership, and needs exceed 100 hours or more annually.
The corporate membership makes benefits available that are specific to the client corporation and the specific mission of the client. Overall features include:
- Guaranteed hourly rates, which include fuel
- Flexibility to fly without peak fees or blackout dates
- Guaranteed Wi-Fi on mid-sized and large aircraft
- Aircraft that average 10 years or younger
- Flight-specific insurance coverage
- Ability to use multiple aircraft on same-day trip
- Availability in as little as 6 hours’ notice
